Fred Cabanas, who is frequently seen performing aerobatics in the skies above Key West, recently won first place at the Reno International Air Races. Flying his 1944 P-51 Mustang named American Beauty, Fred’s average speed was 363 mph over the 8.2-mile course, putting him in first place in the air show’s bronze category.
